What’s Coming in 2015……….

This year, although I have been busy behind the scenes here at A.P.T, I haven’t done anywhere near enough blog posts to keep you up to date with what’s happening and what to expect in the near future, so with that in mind, here is a peek into what to expect from the team here at A.P.T in 2015

2015 is set up as the GAMECHANGER for the athletes and members of A.P.T

Monday 5th January will kickstart the new year program and on that very first day we will have the start of our brand new January Jeans ladies training program. A short course designed especially to get you ladies back into those too tight jeans after the excesses of the party season in double quick time. ( Limited places are still available on this )

We will be looking to open up more semi personal training groups and more large group training programs. What does this mean for you?   Well firstly and most importantly these semi personal programs will enable us to get you working in small groups of up to 6 with  1 coach so that you still get the personal touch with each session but as you are working in small groups, you benefit from better results, more banter, more competition and teamwork. Finally, it gives you the opportunity to experience personal training with friends or likeminded individuals that will quickly become new friends and will reduce your costs too.

Large group training ( up to 20 per group ) will also continue at the facility with myself and the other coaches Jimmy, Dean and Chris opening up new slots and new programs. There will be NO MORE CLASSES , instead these will be replaced by NEW TRAINING PROGRAMS. Each program will last for between 4 – 12 weeks and will be progressive to help you achieve better results with Wednesday circuits now changing its name to AFTERBURN.

One of the brand new programs I will be running will be “FIT MOMS” starting in January on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9.30am. This will be the first time that I have run daytime large group sessions and they are intended for moms with young children who drop their kids off at school/ nursery/ or playgroup and find themselves just running around after others. This is time for young moms to change their lives and put themselves first for a while with a 45 minute workout to uplift and energise them for the day ahead.

I will also be introducing a monthly fee which has been trialled by my PT clients but will include all sessions under one fee so the more you train, the cheaper it will be. The idea behind this is to build more of a community feel amongst you and for you to make new friends and training partners. There are also plans for open gym sessions at set times daily which will also be included in your fee.

So, you have now seen some of the planned changes that we are making to make YOUR facility better for 2015 but if you have any ideas of what you would like to see or do, then PLEASE let us know.
