3 x 4 punch / kick combo

3 x push ups

3 x reverse lunge to knee

Day 16 of the Challenge

This is day 16 of the challenge and you are now into week 3. Todays workout is a Tabatta style workout using 20 seconds hi  intensity work with 10 seconds rest

 

Day 16

2 Rounds 20/10 – 20/10

Squats – Squat Jumps

Hi Plank – M-C’s

Reverse Lunge Kick – Each Side

Handwalks – Plank Jacks

Lateral Lunge – Power Knee

Today is day 14, been on this for 2 weeks now how are you doing, let me know?

 

Day 14

2 x 4 Minute AMRAP

Set the timer for 4 minutes and complete the workout as many times as possible in that time, then rest for 1 minute and go again for 4 minutes

5 / 5 x Prisoner Lunge ( 5 each side )

5 Tricep dips

How are you all getting on with this challenge?

I bet at least 60% of the people that signed up have now dropped out, that’s no surprise to me because I see and hear the excuses all the time. If you see this through to the end, I bet you will be in the top 5%

If you are reading this and have failed to train each day, kick yourself up the arse and get back into it…… FINISH STRONG

So there you have it, set the timer for 10 minutes and work through the list with 10 reps of each then 9 reps, 8 – 7 -etc down to 1 rep. If you finish before the 10 minutes then well done, take a note of the time it took and let me know

30 Day Exercise Challenge Days 4- 9

I posted on the closed facebook group that I would be adding a few workouts together on here for you to follow each day whilst I take a short break in Spain :)

We haven’t shot video of every day of this challenge because hopefully you will start to learn what each exercise is but for any new exercises, there will be a video explanation posted onto the fb group.

Day 4

Set your timer up for 10 rounds of 60 sec intervals

2 rounds

60 sec x Squats

60 sec x Push ups

60 sec x TBX

60 sec x M-C’s

60 sec x Rest

Day 5

Set the timer up today for 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest

4 x 20/10 Squats

4 x 20/10 Hi Plank

4 x 20/10 Burpees

4 x 20/10 Reverse Lunges

4 x 20/10 C-Sit Hold

On the video white board it says 2 x 20/10 but that was an error, it should be 4x

4 Minute AMRAP, 1 Minute Rest, 4 Minute AMRAP

4 x Prisoner Squat

4 x Burpee

4 x Tricep Dip

4 x X- Body M-C’s

 

Day 8

2 Rounds

15 sec x  Lo Plank

15 sec x   Hi Plank

30 sec x  M-C’s

30 sec x  Rest

30 sec x  Lo Plank

30 sec  x Hi Plank

30 sec x M-C’s

30 sec x Rest

30 sec x Lo Plank

30 sec x Hi Plank

30 sec x M-C’s

Day 9

2 Rounds, rest only as needed

2 x 20/10 Punisher Squat

45/15 x Push Up

2 x 20/10 Punisher X

45/15 x Jumping Jacks

30/30 x Punisher Maximus
